I am a consultant and coach based in Seattle, WA. Coaching is how I combine my abiding curiosity in leadership with my depth of professional experience and contemplative practice. I founded Wisdom & Method in 2024.

Experience

I began coaching to offer more personalized support to leaders. Previously I worked at Deloitte Consulting, where I specialized in leadership development and organization design, and earned a graduate degree from Cornell University, where I focused on organizational behavior and human resource management. During my consulting work and graduate studies, I saw how instrumental 1:1 coaching could be in helping leaders grow and become more effective.

Before becoming a consultant and coach, I held numerous leadership roles at organizations in the vanguard of social policy reform. I experienced firsthand how critical leadership development is in building healthy and effective organizations–especially those tackling our most complex problems.

At the beginning of my career, I spent five years soul-searching by living abroad, trying creative pursuits, and studying different contemplative practices. This time allowed me to experiment with many paths in order to find what I was truly passionate about.
