The Value of Assessments
A leader is anyone who can express themselves fully in the world. To do so requires a deep understanding of yourself: your strengths, weaknesses, and impact on others. Some of this can be gleaned through raw experience, but the data can be messy and hard to act on. Assessments clearly reflect who you are as a leader, so you know what you can do to get better as one.

I conduct highly personalized 360-degree feedback assessments. Every one of them is built based on in-depth feedback from people who know you as a leader. All too often, assessments try to force-fit you into a cookie cutter model of what a leader "should" be like. My assessments enable more targeted development because they account for your unique character and circumstances.
